Yurt Adventures –
Year-Round
Yurting…a different experience!
What’s a Yurt? Think of it
as a one-room, round cabin. We offer these Guided Yurt Adventure
Packages to couples, families, and small groups year-round for safety,
fun, and learning. Your guide
will facilitate meals and chores and lead daily adventures.
Guided Day Trips: Choose from the following activities (depending on
season) for a custom adventure of two or more days:

Hiking or snowshoeing

Mountain biking or backcountry/x-country skiing
-
Canoeing or kayaking (flat and white
water)
-
North Woods survival
clinic (year-round)
-
S.U.V. sightseeing tour with stops at points of interest
(waterfalls, mountain vistas, short walks/hikes, wildlife viewing, foliage, etc.)
Where? Exact location is
customized depending on your interests and activities chosen, duration of adventure, abilities, and
seasonal trail/water conditions.
General travel time is within 3 or 4 hours drive from Boston or
Montreal; 5-7 hours from NYC.
How do I prepare? Upon
registration, you will receive a pack list of personal clothing and gear along with directions to meet your guide.

Prices for
2 - 5 Days*
Includes: outdoor recreation rental equipment and instruction, all meals
starting with lunch on the first day and ending with lunch on the last
day, local nature/history interpretation, wildlife viewing
opportunities (including moose, bear, and birds), outdoor photography and
survival tips, stargazing on clear, dark nights, and yurt fees with tax.
